CoronaVirus (COVID-19) Changes

Dear Customer,

We are all experiencing new territory as changes seem constant due to the CoronaVirus (COVID-19). We are being impacted as your supplier, and unfortunately it will impact the level of customer service we strive to provide daily. Effective immediately Indian Nation Wholesale will implement an allocation of historic orders on all products.

We are also experiencing allocations and cuts from our vendors that are higher than normal throughout our product lines, so we may not have the product readily available as you are accustomed.

We see some necessary changes in order to meet our customers’ needs while hopefully having an impact to slow the spread of the COVID-19 as we have been asked by our country’s leaders:

  1. At this time, we plan to implement a mandatory once per week delivery for all accounts to go into effect Monday, March 23, 2020. If this timeline changes for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  2. Effective immediately all will-call, pickup and salesman take orders suspended until further notice.
  3. All returned goods are suspended in an effort to reduce unnecessary handling of products.

It is our desire to work together and minimize any shortages in products or services but these facts are simply out of our control and we will work tirelessly to overcome all these challenges we can while making every effort to keep our customers and employees as safe as possible.
