Convenience Store News magazine in the October, 2000 issue has published their Top 50 Convenience Wholesaler list that ranks approximately 1,000 United States convenience store distributors. Stephenson Wholesale Company, Inc. dba/Indian Nation Wholesale Company has moved up from #30 in ranking to #20.

October, 2000

We are proud to announce that 7-Eleven Stores of Oklahoma City, Ok has chosen Indian Nation Wholesale Company to be their new supplier. 7-Eleven operates 100 stores in the Oklahoma City area.

April, 2000

Good bye chug-holes! Everyone at Indian Nation Wholesale is excited about our new asphalt parking lot that will now hold 240 cars!

February, 2000

Our most recent building expansion was completed in January, 2000 of our Durant Distribution Warehouse. Over 40,000 square feet of warehouse storage space was added to our existing facility for a total of over 108,000 square feet of warehouse space. In addition, our freezer/cooler has been enlarged to 15,000 square feet to handle our increasing frozen and refrigerated food business.

January 5, 1999

Indian Nation Wholesale Company announces a major expansion of our Durant,
Oklahoma warehouse distribution center located at 230 South 22nd street.
A 70,000 square foot building expansion is now underway at our Durant
distribution center. "The new expansion will give us additional product
storage space, order processing and staging areas in addition to increased
refrigerated and frozen storage space to handle our growing wholesale
distribution operations in Durant, Indian Nation Wholesale Company
President & CEO, Ron Cross, said at a recent ground breaking ceremony."
New warehouse space is also needed for new product lines being added each
week as well. When completed, our Durant distribution center will be over
137,000 square feet in size.

Indian Nation Wholesale Company is launching a new Retailer Accrual Program
called the "WAM" program in which our retail customers can earn rebates
from preferred manufacturers that participate in the program.
We will be providing our customers a monthly pre-booked promotional book
with merchandising and pricing information from participating
manufacturers. In addition, our retail customers can earn rebate monies on
items that they already stock as a benefit of joining the WAM program.
Indian Nation Wholesale Company will track sales velocity of WAM items for
retailer accrual dollars to be paid annually.

Diamond, Boss Gloves, Chocolate House, Chupa Chups, Compare Generiks, David

Diversified, Jack Links, Just Born, Keebler/Sunshine, Lil' Drug Store,
Nabisco Confections, Nabisco Biscuit, Navajo Manufacturing, Necco/Stark,
Nestle, Philadelphia Gum, Planters/Cornuts, President Baking, Pride of Iowa
Sandwiches, R.L. Albert, R.M. Palmer Candy, Stork, USA, Sunline, Swisher,
Topps, Tropicana, Van Melle, Veryfine, Willy Wonka, Zig Zag.

In addition, rebate monies can be earned using our new 12' confection
plan-o-ram, 4' snack item plan-o-gram, snack attack peg tree program,
cookie & cracker program, cooler door program, and 1999 shipper programs.

Plus, the WAM program will provide you with competitive tools...racks,
displays, signs & shelf talkers, and merchandising assistance to maximize
rebate potential for each individual store!
