Durant Distribution Facility
Our main distribution warehouse is located in Durant Oklahoma and is a state of the art, modern facility with over 185,000 square feet on the main floor and over 30,000 square feet of mezzanine (upper level) storage and workspace.
Our shipping and receiving department utilizes 28 shipping doors and 4 receiving doors for the volume of merchandise coming and going through our facility each day. Using RF technology, we are able to scan product received and our forklift drivers use the same technology to put-away back stock for ease of location and product rotation.
With our voice picking system, our workers are able to pick items without referring to a paper document. They navigate through each pick region in the warehouse guided by a wearable computer that gives them the item's location and what quantities to pull for each order that is assigned to them. This process has dramatically increased efficiency and reduced picking errors. Complete orders are moved to staging areas via an elaborate network of powered conveyors.
